The co-creative wine tasting is a fun, informal and educational experience that everyone can join in. You will get wine, tapas, competition and robbery stories – all spiced with a South Funen atmosphere and local charm.
A tasting where everyone can participate
The tasting has the theme “Grapes of the World”, so both beginners and wine lovers can join in. Along the way, we share anecdotes and stories from the world of wine, and we promise lots of laughs, great tasting experiences and fellowship.
We start with a short introduction, where the program is reviewed and the mood is set. Then the participants are divided into smaller groups at numbered tables – and then the fun can begin!
Bubbles, saber and cooperation
We calibrate the taste buds with a little bubbles, which are of course opened with a saber – and a few guests are allowed to try for themselves! From here the tasting begins, with each table choosing a chairperson, and the competition begins.
Everyone gets involved, experimenting with different glass types, flavors and little quizzes along the way. It's entertaining, educational and completely free of finger-pointing.

Maritimt Center is located in the preserved harbor warehouse from 1872 – right next to the Ærø ferry's landing in Svendborg Harbor. Here, it is not unusual for sailors in rucksacks and oversized sweaters to make way for meeting attendees in suits when the table is set for a party in the old, beautiful dinghy yard.
