Restaurant Krinsen has a French inspired à la carte card, but is of course also inspired by the good Danish cuisine with seasonal fresh and local ingredients such as freshly caught fish from the strait, lamb from Hjortø, mushrooms from Hvidkilde’s forests and freshly dug asparagus from Svanninge.
