Every morning, freshly baked bread is delivered from Thurø Bakery to Hotel Svendborg, ready to be included as a regular part of our breakfast buffet. We want to give our guests good quality and a calm and tasty start to the day.
Thurø Bageri is a local artisan bakery with roots that go back about 150 years, and where they continue to bake according to classic methods with respect for tradition. Here, the bread is made from scratch, and the processes are allowed to take the time they require, which helps to ensure both taste, consistency and a stable quality from day to day.
