Students from the main course in the decorator/Visual Merchandiser program at Svenborg Business have, at the request of Hotel Svendborg, worked on ideas for how Hotel Svendborg can further profile itself to its conference guests and give them an extra good experience to take home.

The extra experience should help conference guests remember Hotel Svendborg. The hope is also that they will want to return to Svendborg and South Funen, both as conference guests and as tourists.

The tasks that the students have completed have been defined by Hotel Svendborg, but it has been up to the students' own innovative approach and creativity to design them.

Hotel manager Lise Bisgaard Madsen and sales manager Thomas Danielsen have followed the process closely all the way and state:

“Over the years, we have greatly enjoyed our collaboration with Svendborg Business. Therefore, it was natural for us to involve one of our local partners in the development of our concepts.

We have been very satisfied with the collaboration and have experienced great commitment from the students. All the students completed the task very well, and we were very impressed with their creativity. – We have received many good ideas, which we will now work on in our exciting development of Hotel Svendborg's concept.”
